I've been crying since you started.
The Chakra Revamp session was much needed especially after the recent full moon and eclipse. Lauren highlighted specific areas that were needing healing, some of which I thought I had healed. As she is doing the session, you may feel some sensations but don't fear it - you will feel much lighter afterwards. I would suggest you take notes and listen to the sessions a few times - some things you may not realize until after some reflection. Lauren is extremely gifted, she really is an amazing healer and teacher!
